For managed service providers

Every client audit lands on your desk, not theirs.

You run the estate, you handle the refresh, and you are the one asked to evidence what happened to the old kit. Multiply that by every client you serve. We make the answer identical, provable and repeatable across all of them, without adding a single head.

The only company we can find anywhere in the world that warrants the outcome and guarantees permanent, irretrievable data destruction.

A new standard nobody has yet been able to match, backed by £10 million of professional indemnity insurance. If you find another vendor whose licence warrants that the data is gone, we would like to see it, and we will say so publicly.

Your position

You carry the work and the exposure, and you own neither the data nor the policy

For the client data you process on their documented instructions, you are the processor under UK GDPR. Article 28 obliges you to act on documented instructions and to make available whatever your client needs to demonstrate their own compliance. When their auditor asks what evidence exists that the data on their retired devices was destroyed, it is you who has to produce it.

Today that evidence is usually a supplier’s certificate of destruction, which records that a process was executed. If your client reads it carefully, or their auditor does, it does not say what everyone assumed it said. And the licence behind the erasure software almost certainly disclaims the outcome entirely, which means the exposure lands with you rather than with the tool.

What changes

One process, every client, identical evidence

Repeatable

Nothing to configure per client

There is no method setting to align with each client’s policy, because the engine selects per device rather than per policy. The engine does not need a different erasure configuration for a bank and a school, because it selects by device rather than by customer profile.

Per device

Evidence at the granularity auditors ask in

Certificates are issued per device, tagged and logged, exportable into your PSA or asset system and separable per client. When one client audits, you produce their records without untangling a batch.

Backed

Something to stand on

The outcome warranty runs to you as the licence holder, with £10 million of professional indemnity insurance behind it. That is the thing you can put in front of a client that your current tool’s licence explicitly refuses to give you.

In the refresh

It fits where the work already happens

At the deskDevices are processed during the refresh rather than stockpiled for a disposal run. No staging area full of data-bearing assets waiting for a collection.
In minutesMost enterprise drives in service are self-encrypting, and their correct method takes seconds rather than the hours an overwrite takes. In the signed disposal reports we have examined, the same shelf of drives is the difference between a working week and an afternoon.
Without destroying valueDestruction without physical destruction, so your client’s asset keeps its resale or donation value and you are the one who preserved it.
Without new headcountNo method selection to train, no per-drive judgement, no escalation path for the drive that would not take the command. It fails closed and quarantines instead.

Commercially

It is also something to sell

Secure disposal is usually a cost line in your contract that you would rather not think about. Proven destruction with a warranty behind it is a differentiator in a bid, and it is one your competitors cannot match by switching tools, because no other erasure licence carries an outcome warranty.

When a prospect asks what makes your end-of-life process different, you have an answer with a number on it rather than a list of your suppliers’ accreditations.
